Speaking of Wind in the Woods….,There was a snow storm here s couple of nights ago with high winds. It was interesting to walk in the woods and see the snow plastered all the way up the tree trunks on one side only. Now we know which way the wind was coming and how sticky the snow was. If anyone besides the squirrels cares.

Well, I couldn’t resist buying this foldable rod and reel when I found a seller on Temu selling it for $15US! Amazon wanted $60!
It actually seems decent. The handle and reel is all metal construction and the reeling action seems smooth. It had good reviews, so curiosity got me. Will try it out when things thaw out here in Canada. Snow storm going on right now in my area. This would be a great packable item although it weighs a bit.
